William
T. Russell
(Chairman of the Board)
Mr.
Russell joined TrustCorp in June 1996. He was formerly Chief Financial
Officer of Second National Bancorporation where he chaired the company's
investment committee, served as Chief Investment Officer, and served
as portfolio manager. Mr. Russell also served as C.F.O. of Boston
based Office Oasis, as a Partner of Conquest Capital, and, among
many community service activities, as President of his local Kiwanis
Club. His experience in the debt and equity markets includes successful
participation in two IPO's, one secondary offering, and several
private placements. Previously he was with KPMG Peat Marwick in
its Baltimore office. |
George
M. Ferris, Jr.

Mr.
Ferris is Chairman of Ferris, Baker Watts, Incorporated, a regional
brokerage firm with over 50 offices and over 350 investment executives.
Mr. Ferris has over 48 years experience in the investment banking
industry. A former Governor of the New York Stock Exchange and Vice
President of the Investment Bankers Association of America, Mr.
Ferris has also served as Chairman of the President's Commission
on Management of A.I.D. Programs and a member of the President's
Task Force on International Private Enterprise. He serves on the
Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council,
the Federal City Council, and is a member of the Northern Virginia
Roundtable. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSE
from Princeton University, and has lectured on investments at George
Washington, Georgetown, and American Universities. |
Christopher
J. Detmer

Chris
received his B.A. degree from The Colorado College in 1984 with
a major in economics and political science. He became a Certified
Financial Planner™ (CFP) in March 1991, a Chartered Financial
Consultant (ChFC) in October 1999, and a Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU) in November 2000. Prior to his financial planning career,
Chris worked as a financial consultant to the Overseas Private Investment
Corporation (OPIC) from 1986 to 1987. He then started his financial
planning career in January 1987 by establishing Detmer Financial
Group, Inc. In November 2000, Chris moved his financial planning
and investment practice into Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. at FBW's
headquarters in downtown Washington, DC. From May 2004 to May 2005,
Chris served as Chairman of Ferris' Retail Advisory Board. Chris
currently heads The Capitol Group of Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc.,
a wealth management team that serves clients out of Ferris' headquarters |
Judith
A. Ramey

Ms.
Ramey is a Senior Vice-President with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc.,
a full service regional brokerage firm. Judy has over 26 years of
experience managing money for individual investors as well as non-profit
organizations. Judy's areas of emphasis are financial planning,
portfolio management and wealth preservation. Within Ferris, Baker
Watts, Judy has served as a member of its Board of Directors, Branch
manager, and member and past chairperson of the Retail Advisory
Board. Judy is actively involved in the local Washington DC community
through her current and past board and executive committee positions
with the following organizations: National Museum of Women In The
Arts, Alzheimer's Association of the National Capital Area, and
UNIFEM/USA - The United Nation's Development Fund for Women. |
Steven
S. Ross

Mr.
Ross is a Senior Vice President of Ferris, Baker Watts, Incorporated.
Including a 19-month college internship, he has spent his entire
27-year career with the firm. He is a Registered Investment Advisor
and a Certified Financial Planner. He has been a member of its Board
of Directors and a chair of the firm's Retail Advisory Board. He
serves on the Board of Trustees of The George Washington University
and the Board of Advisors for GWU's School of Business. He is a
member of the Federal City Council and the Kennedy Institute. Mr.
Ross received his BBA degree in 1981 from The George Washington
University. |
